This PDF (Digital Copy Only) contains a printable Blueprint + assembly guide for Attack on titan final season Shoulder and Truss arm armor. the patterns were made to fit my size  (scale 100%) you can scale it up or down depending on your preferable size. the diagram below shows the dimensions and  the pieces are made of 5&2 MM EVA foam , 1 or 2 MM card /canson board and Circles cutter.

I can 100% reccomend these patterns & guide, it´s very beginner friendly. I got the build done within of 2 days. The guide is incredibly easy to understand especialy since the patterns have "names" (AR,AL ,B etc.).
I absolutly love the result, it looks just as in the anime.
